In 2013, the foundry equipment industries in Spain decided to register composite compounds for their newest product, branded as W-Tank. Modular composite storage tanks are available in various sizes. They utilize a complete and efficient composite injection process for large panels requiring tank kits.
GRP Modular Composite Tank
The GRP modular tank system can store liquid volumes ranging from 20,000 to 1,000,000 liters. It can be used both indoors and outdoors within facility environments. The main cone of these tanks is resistant to corrosion, provides four-season thermal insulation, withstands impacts, prevents water shrinkage, offers high volume capacity, and ensures a long lifespan.
Applications of GRP Modular Tanks
- Portable water storage tanks
- Rainwater harvesting tanks, pure water tanks, seawater tanks
- Reverse osmosis water tanks (high or low conductivity water)
- Fire reserve tanks, swimming pool balance tanks
- Distillation and process tanks
- Septic tanks and sewage tanks
- Industrial process tanks, chiller water tanks, cooling tower water tanks
- Hot water storage tanks and chemical storage tanks
- Agricultural irrigation tanks
- Hazardous waste storage
- Chemical storage tanks
- Fuel storage
GRP Modular Tanks
GRP tanks are scalable and quickly adjustable. Newly constructed modular tanks are made from composite materials. Tanks of varying heights and diameters can be intelligently designed using standard panels. These panels come in four different thicknesses, allowing for thin panels for upper tank rings and thick panels for lower sections, thereby minimizing excessive use of composite materials and reducing equipment costs. With the ability to reuse, relocate, and readjust tanks, they offer excellent sustainability.
Depending on size, modular tanks fit within one to three boxes and can be equipped with five different covers. Galvanized tank steel are made from high-grade galvanized steel. To ensure our tanks provide the best conditions in any environment, including deserts and coastal areas, we offer covered tanks.
These coatings are corrosion-resistant, extend lifespan, and double your investment value. For instance, tanks made of FPP or FPE materials have one-millimeter-thick coatings. These tanks are highly resistant to UV rays and chemicals, used in jungles and Himalayan mountains. For environmental protection, we use a guard that goes under the tank and a special wall. This wall is made of PP geotextile, highly resistant to punctures, providing a simple and intelligent method to protect lines.
Stored water is only useful if maintained in good conditions. In most cases, algae-contaminated water is not desirable in water tanks. For this reason, we have invented various protections for different conditions.
Type T Cover
A T-Tension protective cover is used for additional protection, drawn over the tank and secured. This cover not only prevents unwanted items from entering the tank but also prevents water evaporation. It also allows you to collect and store extra rainwater, meaning you store more water.
Type C and F Covers
In other conditions, a floating F-Cover may be a better solution for large capacity tanks. For storing pure drinking water, we can also introduce you to the C cover, which completely seals off water from its surrounding environment.
Type H Cover
An H cover even prevents mosquitoes from playing in the water. It’s a sturdy metal roof made of galvanized steel beams and corrugated sheets. If needed, we can also place solar panels on top for your electricity needs. Our team always seeks the best and most effective solutions.
